We have identified the issue that was affecting the DigiTickets platform, specifically ProPoint, and our engineering teams have put in steps to prevent ProPoint from going offline approximately after 30 minutes.

We will be continuing to monitor this incident over the course of the next 24 hours for any reoccurrences of this issue.
