DigiTickets Platform Outage
Resolved - The current situation with the Google outage is ongoing and there is still a notable failure rate with external payment gateway processors.

However, due to the minimal level of impact on DigiTickets services, we're now closing this incident on our status page.

Monitoring - A Google outage has been reported by news outlets today, and we are aware that this may be affecting some users and customers.

It appears during this time, the functionality of payment gateways and other websites have been impacted, so you may experience slow responses, error messages and more.

We are working with our engineering teams to monitor this situation and apply any actions we can to mitigate these issues. Currently we can see higher than usual failure rates with payment gateway providers, however, currently there are no known issues with the functionality of DigiTickets Back Office and ProPoint.

We apologise for any inconvenience this outage is causing. Unfortunately, this issue is stemming from an external service provider, Google, so there is limited options we can implement for these issues.
