A fix has now been deployed, we recommend that you clear your cache on your selected browser and log back into the system. Please see the browser types below for cache-clearing instructions.

Firefox; Select the menu drop-down in the right upper-hand corner > Select Preferences > Go to the Privacy & Security tab > Click Clear Data under the Cookies and Site Data section.
Chrome; Click on the three dots at the top right of the page > Head to settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data.
Safari; At the bottom of Safari's settings screen > Select Clear Cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.

We have identified an issue that is currently affecting the DigiTickets platform and are aware that this may be affecting some users. During this time, the functionality of the Back Office may be impacted and you may experience slow responses, error messages and more.

We are working with our engineering teams to understand the root cause of the issue and how we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
