Update
We have investigated the issue that was affecting the DigiTickets platform and was aware that this was affecting some users and customers. During this time, the functionality of the platform was impacted and you may have experienced slow responses, error messages and more.

Our engineers identified an issue with the AWS hosting platform and were able to implement a fix. This saw our services return to normal. We will be monitoring this incident over the next 24 hours for any recurrences.
