The impact of this incident appears to now be resolved.

It's been reported that the software company responsible for the incident, Crowdstrike, has deployed a fix after their update this morning.

The only reported issues from our clients regarding this incident were relating to some Verifone Payment Gateway users. Verifone advise on their status page (https://www.verifone.com/en/uk/service-notifications) that they believe transaction processing services have been restored.

However, they continue to work with the affected 3rd parties to resolve any issues with other services.

Monitoring
There has been a major global IT outage that has been identified and being reported by News outlets. Currently this isn't affecting the DigiTickets platform, however, we have been made aware that this may be affecting some client's payment gateway functionality.

It has been reported to us by clients, that the loading times of card terminals during payments has been greatly affected.

If you are experiencing issues taking payments with card terminals or through your website, please seek assistance and advice from your payment gateway provider.

However, if there are any issues experienced using any DigiTickets platforms i.e Back Office, ProPoint, Shiftie and Website Vision, please don't hesitate to contact the Client Support Team.

Our engineering teams are continuing to monitor this situation and we will provide any updates we can as this global issue develops.
